Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required
Key Responsibilities:
Must be a fast learner with basic knowledge of contract principles and procedures.
Must foster a positive and productive culture among all team members.
Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative skills.
Must be open to learning and bringing new ideas to the team.
Requires excellent written and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Must follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and report on new business requirements.
Must be able to travel as assigned and learn to prepare, review, and process contracting and procurement documents.
Must be willing to learn VPN usage, evaluate vendor proposals, troubleshoot applications, and understand internal processes through training.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting.
In-depth knowledge of business to business contracts.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of research tools and softwares.
