About the Role
(Hybrid: Monday & Friday Remote, Tuesday–Thursday In-Office)
Contract Type: W2 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S). Sponsorship is not available for this role, including F1/OPT visa holders
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Pay Range: $71/hr – $84/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions that support enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
Requirements
Design and implement effective database solutions and data models to support company operations.
Evaluate current systems and identify structural improvements to optimize data architecture.
Prepare detailed design and architecture reports for management and project stakeholders.
Ensure all data solutions align with internal data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards as a condition of employment.
Qualifications:
Experience:7+ years in a Data Architecture role (10+ years in IT preferred).
Proven track record in designing scalable data architectures and solutions.
Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, automation).
Expertise in Power BI for executive and HR reporting.
Strong command of Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Deep understanding of database structures, relational systems, and data mining techniques.
Experience in IT systems design across various platforms.
Analytical & Organizational Skills:Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple data streams and synthesize strategic insights.
Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with data standards and best practices.
Experience or understanding of the Energy Industry is a plus.
